There is a Century 21 Franchise Fee that comes off the top, and the balance is split. Century 21 Keim Realtors still pays for advertising. There are NO desk fees, NO coffee cart fees, NO hidden charges.
The No Risk 100% Program...
Scared of those large monthly bills from the traditional 100% concept company? Worried that during the down season you just won’t be able to make the payments? Forget about it! The No Risk 100% Program allows you to work at a high 65% split until your office payment is finished*. Then you’ll jump up to 100% straight with no further office fees until the next year! This is the 100% concept made easy! No gimics, no nickel and dime fees, this is the best program available!
Profit Sharing PLUS...
Every month a portion of office profits, after all expenses, are put into a Profit Sharing Pool for the agents. Your share of the profits are directly related to your production and the production of other agents you sponsor into the company. Monthly profit sharing checks mean that eventually you can earn more than 100% split!
